1. Download SecurityKey Desktop from App Store

• https://apps.apple.com/tw/app/securitykey-desktop/id6480400898
• Launch the App after download
• Connect the ATKey.Card NFC with Mac

2. Enable the biometric protection for PIV

• Go to tab “PIV” > PIN management
• Update the PIV PINs from default
  • PIV PIN - 123456
  • PUK - 12345678
  • Management key - 010203040506070801020304050607080102030405060708
• Turn on “Biometric protection”
• Turn on “Protect management key with PIN/Biometric”

3. Generate self-sign certificate in slot 9a & 9d

• For slot 9a & 9d, click “… > Generate
• Output format select “Self-sign certificate”
• Select any algorithm
• Enter subject name, ex: CN=AuthenTrend
• Set file path, ex: desktop
• Click generate and verify fingerprint

4. Pair with Mac
